Pandemics rage and fires flatten neighboring towns and Rotary is there helping. In the midst of all this, regular life still happens, and Rotary is there too.
One of the community service projects we’re working on is providing 160 welcome boxes for Jackson County children entering foster care. These boxes give kids something to do while waiting to be assigned a foster family, and also provides them with things like toothbrush and toothpaste, a night light, a flashlight, and other items to help them feel safe and secure in their new home. You can learn more about these welcome boxes here.
